Nebuchadnezzar II was the longest-reigning and most powerful monarch of the Neo-Babylonian empire, ruling from 605-562 BCE. Nebuchadnezzar was a brilliant general who spent much of his reign conquering nearby kingdoms, fighting the Egyptian empire, and putting down many rebellions in vassal states.
Nebuchadnezzar II was released alongside Cyrus The Great on 11.30.2020. They are the last batch of 4th Generation Commanders. Nebuchadnezzar II (and Cyrus) is an Archer, Conquering, and Skill commander. He is only usable in Kingdoms older than 310 days and obtained via The Mightiest Governor event.

Best Talents for Nebuchadnezzar II
This build should work for most open field scenarios. The main focus of this build is to maximize skill damage dealt by both Nebuchadnezzar and his pair. Nebuchadnezzar himself doesn’t benefit from Latent Power but if you were to pair him up with Cyrus or El Cid then they’ll benefit from it. If you’re using Nebu with someone like Ramesses for instance then replace Latent Power with your desired talents.
It’s too early to tell if Nebuchadnezzar is a viable rally leader but if he were then this is the way to go. That said, in my opinion Cyrus is the better primary of the two as Cyrus can increase the damage dealt with his Active Skill and then Nebuchadnezzar can cast his skill to deal more damage.
Best Pairings for Nebuchadnezzar II
All Legendary archer commanders other than Tomyris should in theory work well with him.
