Peerless Scholar: Answers

“Peerless Scholar” is a massive trivia quiz system that was added to the game as a part of Update 1.0.32: “Ian’s Ballads”. Players can access this event from The Lyceum of Wisdom building (Unlocked at: City Hall 10).

Here the stages and answers to some of the Peerless Scholar questions.

Preliminary

During the event, from Monday to Friday 0:00 to 23:00 UTC, Governors can start answering Preliminary questions on their own. Players can’t start a new exam from 23:00 to 0:00 but may continue existing exams.

Players can only participate in one Preliminary Exam per day, which consists of 10 questions. There is no time limit, so players can take their time answering them, ask Alliance members for help or even use Google.

Players who answer 6 questions correctly will qualify for that week’s Midterm and answering 9 questions correctly will reward a Midterm Life token. Players can earn 3 Midterm Life tokens per week (resets every Monday).

Midterm

There are two Midterm sessions each week on Saturdays at 02:30, and at 12:30, Players can participate in only one of these sessions to qualify for the Finals. Players must register for the Midterm 5 mins prior to the exam.

Midterm consists of 15 Multiple Choice questions. Players must answer these questions within the given time limit. Selecting a wrong answer or not answering at all counts as wrong answer. Questions 1-5 are on 15 secs timer, 6-10 are on 12 secs timer and 11-15 are on a 10 secs timer.

Incorrect answers will consume a Midterm Life token. When there is no token left, then the Player is disqualified. Players who answer 5, 10, and 15 are eligible to receive rewards. Answering 10 and 15 questions correctly, players will receive an Iron and Silver Alliance Chest respectively. Players who answer all 15 correctly will qualify for the Finals, receive a portion of the gems in the Gem Pool and receive 3 Finals Life token.

Finals

Final Exam will take place on the last Saturday of each month at 14:30 UTC.

Players only need to pass one Midterm in a month to qualify for the Final Exam. Just like Midterm, players are required to register 5 mins before the exams start. After which, they are not allowed to participate.

Finals consists of 15 Multiple Choice questions. Players must answer these questions within the given time limit. Selecting a wrong answer or not answering at all counts as wrong answer. Questions 1-5 are on 15 secs timer, 6-10 are on 12 secs timer and 11-15 are on a 10 secs timer.

Incorrect answers will consume a Finals Life token. When there are no tokens left, then the Player is disqualified. Players who answer 5, 10, and 15 are eligible to receive rewards. Answering 10 and 15 questions correctly, players will receive an Alliance Chest. Players who answer all 15 correctly will receive a massive portion of the gems in the Gem Pool.
